Huntington, WV - Our Community

Throughout the month we embrace the community of Huntington to share the message of Christ. We don’t do that in a cold or abrasive way. Instead we will seek to build relationships through meeting simple needs like giving out water at Ritter Park with no strings attached or helping little old ladies with odd jobs at their house. Other times we might have bonfires, Bible-abiding poker nights, spa days, or cooking classes for you to invite your friends. In the future we hope to have sports camps, tailgates, and street parties.

The last thing Jesus said before He ascended into Heaven was "but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth." (Acts 1:8 NASB). Our Jerusalem is Huntington, and we have been called to serve it as our community, followed by the WV Tri-State area, the U.S.A., and the world to fulfill the Great Commission as well as being good witnesses of Christ.
