Last Night at My House
I came home from playing basketball late last night and Jack (my 3 year old son) was culred up in bed with his momma. They were both asleep. Turns out that while I was out running, sweating, and missing shots. Jack was puking and Sarah was cleaning him up. There was a calm when I got in. I picked Jack up to take him to his bed. As soon as he made it to bed he erupted again. After that little session. He slept in bed with Sarah and I slept on the couch for about 5 hours before getting up for a meeting this morning. While I was sleeping. Jack was sick a couple more times and Sarah was cleaning and changing sheets a couple more times. I'm trying to figure out God's plan in all of that. Here are some thoughts:
- The devestating effects of sin on humanity and the world. We look forward to a world with no puking that comes through Jesus resurrection. And while proclaiming that hope we hold the heads of those who are sick and put cold wash cloths on their heads.
- I'm a human who needs sleep. God made me to be unconcious for a third of my life and so there I'm dependent even in that. So after a rough night and a full schedule ahead, Sarah and I look forward to glorfiying God through sleeping tonight.

The new pictures of your children's program looks good, your children look beautiful (oops 2 of them just happen to be my grandchildren, no prejudice there). Well, I just wanted you all to know i continue to pray for you and your church. Keep on keepin on!
Love, Momma
