Crew 5K Recruiting

Hey guys. This post is to all who read it. We're wanting to create a good buzz around the 5K we're hosting on Aug. 11th. All of the money will go to bloodwater: mission (http://www.bloodwatermission.com/). We want at least 50 volunteers to run stations, registration, set up/break down, etc. We want donations from local buisnesses for our giveaways, gift bags, and money to pay timers etc. And finally we want runners. They can register online here (http://www.crewcommunity.org/). So, contact me and/or Liz Herrington or send an email to info@crewcommunity.org to let us know of your interest. One more thing. All of us can invite people and pump up the event. So spread the word and be involved at some level.
