Serve on Sundays

We love people, and our community, and it’s our priority as Christ-followers to help people feel welcome, comfortable and loved. Whether someone attends a Sunday service, Crew event, or we run into them on the street,we strive for Holy Hospitality as expressed all throughout the Bible and in the life of Christ.

Want to show hospitality at Crew on Sundays? Plug into one of Crew's Sunday Teams and begin using your gifts to serve God and your neighbor. These teams arrive at church a little early so everything is ready to rock and roll when 10:30 rolls around.

Invite a friend - Yep, it's that simple.

Front Door Greeters - Welcoming newbies and helping them connect to Christ in a new way is a high priority for Crew Community. Greeters use their gifts to make attendees feel comfortable and help them connect to Christ, activities, and events. Greeters arrive at Crew 30 minutes early (at 10:00AM) to help say hello and had out sermon notes to people as they enter the doors.

Set Up Team - This team is a very important aspect of Crew. Since we meet in the Renaissance Theatre at the old Huntington High, we have to set up and tear down our equipment every Sunday. The Set Up Team has a rotating set of teams that take turns helping set up each Sunday. This team meets around 8:45AM to put out media equipment, musical instruments, communion materials, ambience, and anything else needed for the service, then stays for about 30 minutes after the service to tear down and pack away.
